My name is Lotte and i am a girl living in Oslo, Norway. This is a blog where I'll be posting about fitness-related things. For example, good workout tips, reviews on workout routines, healthy snack recipes and tips on how to maximise your workout. I will also give you some tips on how to maximise your energy, so that you can get the most out of your day. Also, not entirely fitness related though, I might include a post about how to dress to highlight your body type. But most important (in my opinion) I'll write about how to stay motivated whilst you're working out, because if you have no motivation, pushing yourself becomes much harder.
